The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mohiuddin Nagar P.S. Case No. 117 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 307, 323, 324, 341, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is quite innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that there is case and counter case between the parties for the alleged occurrence. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in
