The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 510 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420/467/468/471/120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the petitioner is a widow, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46692 of 2021(2) dt.12-04-2022 2/2 released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Muzaffarpur, in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 510 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
