The petitioner is accused in connection with Begusarai Muffasil P.S. Case No. 68 of 2015, registered under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that, in fact, informant is not the eye-witness of the occurrence or accompanying of Nawal Kishore Mishra (deceased) brother of the informant, in fact, there is inimical term in between the petitioner and informant and due to that reason, the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case merely on suspicion. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46875 of 2015 (4) dt.15-02-2016 2/2 antecedents and he is in custody since 15.03.2015. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Begusarai in connection with Sessions Trial No. 437 of 2015 arising out of Begusarai Muffasil P.S. Case No. 68 of 2015.
