Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Riga P.S. Case No. 271 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that first information report is against unknown and petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Neither the petitioner has been put on T.I. Parade till date nor anything was recovered from the possession of this petitioner. It is further submitted that charge has already been framed in this case. Petitioner is languishing in custody since 06.11.2018.

Case No. 271 of 2017.
