JUSTICE RAMESH KUMAR DATTA ORAL ORDER 14-07-2016 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was not aware of the order dated 09.11.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No.46809/2015 granting anticipatory bail to him, as he was suffering from jaundice and, therefore, he could not contact his lawyer.

In the above circumstances, the order dated 09.11.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No.46809 of 2015 is modified to the extent that the period for surrender in Court shall stand extended by a further period of four weeks from today.
