Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420/467/120B and other allied sections of the Penal Code.
Prosecution case in short is that the petitioner got the job of Panchayat teacher on the basis of false and fabricated educational and experience certificates.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He was appointed as a teacher after proper verification of academic certificates by the DEO/DPO and other authorities. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and at present he is working as Panchayat Teacher at N.P. School, Kohbarbe under Laxmipur Police Station in the District of Jamui and till date no
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35445 of 2019(2) dt.30-05-2019 2/2 departmental proceeding has been initiated against him. Considering the facts of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest/surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Sumit Kr. Singh, Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Jamui in Laxmipur Police Station Case No. 69 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as condition that the petitioner shall fully co-operate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the Court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
