JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 01-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Although the petitioner is named in the FIR which had been lodged in the year 2010 but no specific overt act has been attributed against him. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent except one which has been mentioned in the impugned order itself. Moreover, having more or less similar allegations co-accused, Shashi Ranjan Ram and some others have already been granted the privilege of bail by different Benches of this Court.

Accordingly, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
