This court has perused the report received from the office of the Superintendent of Police, Araria and the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Araria.

It appears from the reports available on the record that the petitioner has been arrested and produced before the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Araria on 21.07.2022. He has not complied with the interim order dated 13.09.2018 passed in this case and it further appears that he denied to comply with the same.

While dismissing this application for non-prosecution,
