Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner apprehends her arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Jadia P.S.Case No. 243 of 2019.

There is allegation against the petitioner is that she assaulted the son of the informant with Dabiya on his head. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is case and counter case and the members of the informant's side have also sustained injuries. He has also submitted that the petitioner is a lady and the nature of injuries

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46012 of 2021(2) dt.26-04-2022 2/2 on the persons of the informant's side are simple in nature. In the order of the learned court below, the nature of the injuries has not been mentioned, but it has been mentioned that the injury was on the head of the informant's son. Considering the above facts and circumstances, specially the fact that the petitioner is a lady and she has no criminal antecedents, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-V, Supaul in connection with connection with Jadia P.S.Case No. 243 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time as provided hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
