JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 13-08-2019 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 15/2019, disclosing offences under Sections 363, 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation as per F.I.R. is that petitioner and another co-accused kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant for immoral purposes.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the girl has fled away with the son of informant out of her own will and the materials have come that they are residing outside the State. Further submission is that she is ready to abide by any condition imposed on her for grant of anticipatory bail. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in

No.35990 of 2019(3) dt.13-08-2019 2/2 the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additoinal Chief Judicial Magistrate -III, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 15/2019, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
