2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs that the petitioner has filed a detailed representation on 28.11.2022 before the Director, Secondary

Patna High Court CWJC No.9384 of 2025(2) dt.19-06-2025 2/2 Education for the relief(s) and till date, no action has been taken and the same is pending till date.

3. Considering the aforesaid submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, the Directory, Secondary Education is directed to call for all the service particulars relating to the petitioner from the office of the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Saran and take a conscious decision in the light of the judgment dated 23.06.2017 passed in LPA No.167 of 2016 and if the petitioner is entitled for the similar relief, he must be paid similar pay scale of Rs.4,000-6,000/- from the date he is entitled to and all the consequential benefits arising out of said pay scale must also be paid to the petitioner.

4. The above action is required to be completed within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order.

5. With the above observation/direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
