The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Birpur P.S. Case No.99 of 2015 for allegedly having committed the offences under Sections 420, 406, 120B, 323, 506 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is jointly submitted that now the matter has been compromised and the disputes have been amicably settled. As such, let all the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3525 of 2016 (4) dt.16-12-2016 2/2 of `10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Amit Anand, learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Begusarai, in connection with Birpur P.S. Case No.99 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
