2. This application has been filed for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 42 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 302 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 24 of the Arms Act.

3. It has been submitted by learned senior counsel for the petitioner Shri Vindhyachal Singh that two witnesses are required to be examined and the petitioner may be granted bail as he is in jail since 12.03.2021.

4. Learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the informant have vehemently opposed the prayer of the petitioner and they have submitted that the trial is going to be concluded and therefore the petitioner may not be released on bail.

5. In view of the fact that the trial is going to be concluded shortly, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application is rejected.

7. The Superintendent of Police, Aurangabad is directed to get the official witnesses examined at the earliest.

8. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Superintendent of Police, Aurangabad through FAX and e-Mail for its compliance forthwith.
