2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 24 of 2026 registered for the offences punishable under sections 69, 89, 126(2), 115(2), 308(3), 123 & 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the FIR itself goes to show that the main allegation is against co-accused Amit Kumar, who happens to be the brother of the petitioners and the petitioners have been made accused mainly on account of being his relatives. It is further submitted that before the registration of the present FIR, the informant had also

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35629 of 2026(3) dt.15-07-2026 2/2 filed a complaint with the same allegations against the petitioners and others, which is still pending.

4. Learned counsel for the O.P. No. 2 opposes the prayer of the petitioners.

5. Learned APP for the State also opposes the prayer of the petitioners.

6. Considering the above submissions and mainly taking note of the nature of the allegations levelled against the petitioners in the FIR, coupled with the fact that the main allegation of sexually exploiting the informant is against the brother of the petitioners, in my opinion, it is a fit case to grant the relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, let both the petitioners named-above, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 24 of 2026, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS.
