JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 03-11-2021 At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the appeal filed by the petitioner bearing appeal no. 45/2020 is pending consideration before the learned District Magistrate, Saran at Chapra, hence, the same be directed to be expedited.

The learned counsel for the RespondentState, Sri Alok Ranjan (AC to AAG-5), has got no objection in case, appropriate direction is issued to expedite the aforesaid appeal.

Accordingly, the present writ petition

Patna High Court CWJC No.1062 of 2021(2) dt.03-11-2021 2/2 stands disposed of with a direction to the learned District Magistrate, Saran at Chapra to dispose of the aforesaid appeal of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order.
