"(I) For the issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of the Public Interest Litigation directing the respondents to stop the work of deploying the electric wire two lakh thirty thousand power over the land of the proposed school of C.B.S.E. Curriculum for which construction work is going on.

(iii) For further direction to the respondents to take action on Public petition which was given by the Public of the locality to stop the work.

(iv) For any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioner is found entitled to the facts and circumstances of the case."

Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly states that in view of the developments during the pendency of the present petition, the petition has become infructuous. The present petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
