====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MUNGESHWAR SAHOO ORAL ORDER 15-12-2016 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Perused the impugned order dated 29.06.2016 passed by Sub Judge I, Vaishali at Hajipur in Partition Suit No.509 of 2007 whereby the learned Court below has only extended the status quo order passed in injunction application.

It appears that injunction application was filed and the Court below earlier directed both the parties to maintain status quo for six months and directed both the parties to conclude their evidences within the aforesaid period. Since it was not concluded, application was filed by the plaintiff for extension and the Court below has extended the period of six months.

In such view of the matter, the order impugned neither occasion failure of justice nor the order suffers from jurisdictional error.

Patna High Court C.Misc. No.1334 of 2016 (2) dt.15-12-2016 Therefore, I find no reason to interfere with the impugned order. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous application is dismissed.
