Though, not patronized, but the fact remains as per Annexure-2, the matter has been compromised amongst the parties.

On account thereof, I do not see it a cogent ground to accede with the prayer of the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.

In case, there happens to be presence of witnesses, then in that event, the learned lower Court will proceed with the trial on day to day basis and will conclude the same within two months positively.
