ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 23-12-2025 The present writ petition has been filed seeking following relief:- " ............. for issuance of an appropriate writ and/ or order and/ or direction commanding the respondents to reissue the passport in the name of petitioner correcting the date of birth in the passport as 09.11.1993, instead of 09.01.1990. The passport office, Patna has issued a passport bearing Passport No. R1099430 which is valid upto 12.07.2027."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.9065 of 2025(3) dt.23-12-2025 2/2 respondents submits that despite their best efforts, they have not been able to get an injunction in the title appeal, filed by them bearing Title Appeal No. 02 of 2024, pending before the learned Court of District and Sessions Judge, Gopalganj, hence it is submitted that the date of birth of the petitioner shall be corrected and a new passport shall be issued within a period of four weeks from today, subject to the final outcome of the aforesaid title appeal. It is directed, accordingly.

3. The writ petition stands disposed of.
