For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Vijay Kumar Sinha, Advocate For the Respondent/s : Mr. Pradip Nr. Kumar, APP =========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 08-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. This revision application has been filed for setting aside the judgment dated 28.8.2015 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge II, Gaya in Criminal (Juvenile) Appeal No.14 of 2015/ 35 of 2015, by which he has affirmed the order dated 31.7.2015 passed by the Juvenile Justice Board, Gaya, by which he has refused to release the Petitioner in Civil Line P.S. case No.116 of 2015 (G.R. No.1223 of 2015 Misc. No.45 of 2015).

In view of the antecedents of the Petitioner, I would think it highly unsafe to release the Petitioner since there is every possibility of him mingling with anti social elements.

The application stands dismissed.
