JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 21-05-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Darbhanga Rail P.S. Case No. 34 of 2019 (G.O. Case No. 02 of 2019) registered for the offences punishable under Sections 401, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 20/22 of N.D.P.S. Act. Allegation as per FIR is that petitioner and one other co-accused were intercepted by the police while they tried to flee away by motorcycle and from whose possession mobile, purse, knife, Andit 05 tablet, which is being used as intoxicant and making the person unconscious, and cash were recovered and petitioner is accused in two other cases. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has falsely been implicated in this case and he is in custody since 5.2.2019.

In view of above facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
