The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in By-pass P.S. Case No. 01 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 491/420/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is the person who had impersonated and was appearing in examination for one Chhotu Kumar. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that this type of crime is rampant in State and is bringing bad name to the State, the court is not inclined to grant the petitioner anticipatory bail.
