====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 05-08-2021 Heard Mr. Siyaram Shahi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Harish Kumar, learned G.P.-8, appearing for the State, through Video Conferencing.

The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 25.07.2017, contained in Memo No.1235, passed by respondent No.4, District Magistrate-cum-District Programme Co-ordinator, Manrega, Munger, which has been challenged by the petitioner by way of filing amendment petition, vide Interlocutory Application No.1 of 2019 (Annexure-12 to the I.A.).

Learned counsel for the State submits that the order dated 25.07.2017, (Annexure-12), which has been challenged by the petitioner by way of filing amendment application is

In view of the aforesaid, I.A. No.1 of 2019 is allowed. After hearing the parties, the petitioner is directed to file an appeal against the order dated 25.07.2017 (Annexure-12) before the Principal Secretary, Rural Development Department, Bihar, Patna within a period of 30 days from today. Needless to say that if such appeal is filed by the petitioner within the aforesaid period, the Principal Secretary, Rural Development Department, Bihar, Patna shall dispose the same in accordance with law by a speaking and reasoned order within a period of three months from the date of filing of appeal. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
