====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AHSANUDDIN AMANULLAH ORAL ORDER 17-01-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner; State and B. N. Mandal University (hereinafter referred to as the 'University').

2. Counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the University in which details of payment made to the petitioner under the heads of Gratuity, Leave Encashment and Provident Fund have been brought on record.

3. Learned counsel for the University submitted that now only some difference of salary and payment of Group Insurance remains which shall also be paid within one month.

4. In view of the fact that over Rupees Twenty Four

Patna High Court CWJC No.16207 of 2016 (4) dt.17-01-2018 2/2 Lakhs have been paid to the petitioner under various heads and now only under two heads some payment remains and further that learned counsel for the University has received instructions from the Finance Officer of the University to take a stand that the same shall be paid within four weeks, the writ petition stands disposed off with the observation that the same be done.

5. As the writ petition stands disposed off based on the instructions received by learned counsel for the University from the Finance Officer; if the timeframe is not adhered to, the Court shall take a strict view in the matter. (Ahsanuddin Amanullah, J) Anjani/- U
