2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the arrest of the petitioner was stayed by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 17303 of 2011 on 18th of May, 2011. Such order was received by the trial court but still petitioner was arrested, as the order was managed to be misplaced from the records of the trial court. Admittedly, when the factum of the order was brought to the notice of the trial court, the petitioner was granted benefit of the order, as was
Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.86 of 2016 dt.11-02-2016 passed on 18th of May, 2011.
3. In respect of the arrest of the petitioner even though an order was passed, the petitioner is at liberty to take recourse to such other alternative remedy as the petitioner may choose to avail but no further orders are called for in the present petition.
4. Writ Petition stands disposed of.
