JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 22-04-2019 The present petition has been filed for transfer of Matrimonial (Divorce) Case No. 01 of 2018 from the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Lakhisarai to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Darbhanga.

2. The petitioner is a lady residing at Darbhanga at her Maika with her parents and brother without any financial support from her husband and as such it is extremely difficult to attend the divorce case filed by the opposite party at Lakhisarai. No other effective ground for seeking transfer has been raised.

3. Learned counsel for the opposite party submits that no case has been made out on behalf of the petitioner for seeking transfer. The opposite party is clearly not short of funds as she has not been even filed any maintenance case for support nor has she

4. Having heard the parties and on consideration of the materials on record, this Court is not satisfied that any material ground has been pleaded by the petitioner for seeking transfer of the matrimonial case from Lakhisarai to Darbhanga.

5. The petition stands dismissed.
