Considering the merits of the case, provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 15.05.2014 in connection with Complaint Case No.16 of 2011 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, is hereby confirmed.
However, the Petitioner from henceforth shall pay a sum of `1,500/- (One thousand five hundred) per month instead of `750/- (seven hundred fifty) per month.
