The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Maner P.S. Case No. 09 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Section 420 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the allegation, petitioner and other co-accused persons are alleged to have committed irregularity in payment of sanctioned amount provided under Prime Minister Awaas Yojna (Gramin) and paid it to their selected beneficiaries. It is submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner being Rural Supervisor (on contractual basis) of the said scheme has got no role in selection of the beneficiaries and payment of the sanctioned amount. No.46096 of 2021(4) dt.27-06-2022 2/2 beneficiaries in construction of the houses as early as possible after receiving of the sanctioned amount by the beneficiaries and then to report to the Authority, in case of negligence in construction by the beneficiaries. Sanctioned amount is paid on the recommendation of Mukhiya, affidavit and survey report of the beneficiaries and there is no role of Supervisor and the sanctioned amount is paid to the beneficiaries in their bank's account. Similarly situated co-accused have been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 10.01.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 4239 of 2021.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Danapur, Patna in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 09 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
