JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Section 354 (c) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. The allegation is of hurling vulgar comments while the girls were passing.

The petitioner submits that a compromise has entered into between the parties and there is no allegation that they misbehaved physically.

In view of the above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5000/- (Five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at
