The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 147/149/341/323/307/504 of the Indian Penal Code. Prosecution case is that eight FIR named accused persons including the petitioners assaulted the informant and others when seven persons received injuries from the informant's side. Though, the injuries on the informant's sides have been found to be simple but Kameshwar Ram and Dhaneshwar Ram received grievous injuries.

No.2992 of 2016 (2) dt.19-01-2016 2/2 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that there is counter version of the occurrence wherein two persons from the petitioners' sides have been received injuries. The accusation of assault is omnibus and general and due to petty dispute the occurrence took place. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail.

Let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners, if the petitioners surrender within a period of six weeks in connection with Taraiya P.S. Case No.177/2015, pending before the learned 9th ACJM, Saran at Chapra.

With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
