This matter is taken up for hearing out of turn as it is informed that father of the petitioner died on 27.11.2015 and his Sharadh is going to be performed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State.

It appears that it is a case of misuse of privilege of bail for which petitioner is in jail custody since 21.4.2015. It further appears that when the petitioner jumped bail, case was pending for argument but it is informed that still case of the petitioner is pending for argument, particularly, in the circumstance, when petitioner is in jail custody since 21.4.2015.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like
