2. This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 19.03.2024 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 71117 of 2023 whereby the present petitioner has been granted privilege of anticipatory bail subject to the condition that the petitioner shall surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of the order.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was working as Security Incharge of IIM, Ranchi and when he applied for leave, the same was not granted to him and by the time he was granted leave, the stipulated time of four
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43758 of 2024(2) dt.28-06-2024 2/2 weeks to surrender before the learned court below got lapsed. Now, he accordingly prays for two weeks more time to surrender before the learned Court below.
4. Having regard to the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the time granted by this Court to surrender before the learned Court below by order dated 19.03.2024 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 71117 of 2023, is hereby extended by further two weeks from today.
5. Accordingly, this application is allowed to the extent indicated above.
