Let the defect(s) be removed within four weeks of the complete start of the physical Court in normal course. The petitioner is in judicial custody in connection with Ramnagar P.S. Case No.221 of 2021 instituted under Sections 363, 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

As per the FIR, the informant alleged that his minor daughter had gone out to attend the call of nature when she was kidnapped by the petitioner herein and his friend and after keeping her overnight, she was left in the morning. Accordingly, the FIR was lodged. Subsequently, the girl made a statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. in which she alleged that this petitioner has raped her.
