The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 411, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Pawan Singh and Umesh Yadav were apprehended and on their disclosure two stolen motorcycles were recovered. They also disclosed that one stolen motorcycle is kept in the house of the petitioner, on such one motorcycle was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

It is submitted that the petitioner is in jail since 02.09.2014 and has already remained in jail for 13 months for recovery of a stolen motorcycle.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above

No.45354 of 2015 (2) dt.30-09-2015 2/2 named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in Jalalpur P.S.
