2. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following relief/reliefs:

"a. To issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other Writ or Writs, direction or directions commanding upon the Respondents to make payment of the Medical Bills amounting Rs. 3,13,982/- (Three Lakhs Thirteen Thousand Nine Hundred and Eighty Two Only) with interest as the Petitioner during the course of his service was admitted in Fortis Escorts Heart Institute, New Delhi on 25.06.2013 for his treatment as he was suffering from heart disease, operation was done and was discharged from the hospital on 29.06.2013 and the Petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.1535 of 2021 dt.24-01-2022 2/2 had already submitted his medical bills to the department but till date, yet no payment about the same has been done. b. To pass any such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court thinks fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of this case."

3. Petitioner is hereby directed to submit a detailed representation along with material information in seeking medical reimbursement. If such representation followed by documents are furnished to the competent authority, the competent authority shall determine whether petitioner is entitled to medical reimbursement as claimed by him within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of such representation/application.

4. With the above observation, writ petition stands disposed off.
