Petitioner appears to be order giver and according to the prosecution case itself, it was co-accused Murari Singh who opened fire causing death of the informant's son and thereafter, one coaccused Govind Singh is said to have opened fire causing injury to the injured- Rahul and co-accused Govind Singh and Mukesh Kumar Singh have already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in Majorganj P.S.
