The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Hajipur P. S. Case No. 778 of 2011 registered under Sections 376, 313, 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the nature of allegation made in the complaint as also the undue delay of about four months in institution of the complaint which was referred to the police for investigation pursuant to which FIR has been instituted, in the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2910 of 2016 (4) dt.12-04-2016 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- ( Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Vaishali in Hajipur Town P. S. Case No. 778 of 2011, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
