The petitioner is in custody in connection with Katariya P.S. Case No.52 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 30(a), 30(d) and 37(b) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 26.03.2019. He further submits that in the instant case total 15 liters of Mahua wine and 50 Kg of Mahua flower were seized.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35307 of 2019(2) dt.29-05-2019 2/2 (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-II, Banka, in connection with Katariya P.S. Case No.52 of 2019.
