2. The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 16.04.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No.65297 of 2024 to the extent of extending the period of surrender for the purpose of bail.

3. It is pointed out by learned counsel for the petitioner that the name of petitioner no.2 in Cr. Misc. No. 65297 of 2024 had been stated to be Kumar Ranjan which is actually the alias name of Kumar Rajan which inadvertently was not stated in the earlier petition filed by the petitioner and consequently, the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37968 of 2025(2) dt.20-06-2025 2/2 same mistake occurred in the order dated 16.04.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 65297 of 2024 also, whereby the petitioner was granted bail along with other co-accused persons.

4. In such view of the matter, the name of petitioner no.2 in Cr. Misc. No. 65297 of 2024 may now be read as "Kumar Rajan @ Kumar Ranjan S/o Kameshwar Kumar Yadav" in place of "Kumar Ranjan S/o Kameshwar Kumar Yadav".

5. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application and in the interest of justice, the period to surrender for the purpose of bail for the petitioner is extended by four weeks from today in connection with Nagar P.S. Case No.707 of 2023, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur.

6. The order dated 16.04.2025 is modified to the extent as indicated above.

7. Accordingly, this modification application stands allowed.
