2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case in connection with Bhairoganj P.S. Case No. 75 of 2025 dated 10.06.2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 318(4), 338, 336(3), 316(2), 351(2) and 3(5) of the B.N.S.
3. As per the allegation, accused persons have created forged sale deeds in respect of informant's ancestral land, measuring 5 katha 12 dhur. The informant is in possession of the said land of which jamabandi no. is 2489.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. It has further been submitted that both the parties are agnates and co-shares of the property in question and they are having previous land dispute. It has further been submitted that petitioner is purchaser from the person who had already purchased the said property from the common ancestor of both sides. It has further been submitted that the Title Suit No. 87 of 2011 is also going on, so this is purely a civil dispute. It has been submitted that co-accused persons, namely Ashok Kumar Pandey and Santosh Kumar Pandey @ Santosh Pandey @ Santosh Kumar, have been extended the privilege of anticipatory bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this court vide order dated 24.12.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 88627 of 2025. It has lastly been submitted that petitioner has got one criminal antecedent in which he is on bail.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

No.35152 of 2026(2) dt.21-05-2026 3/3 enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court concerned, Bagaha, West Champaran, in connection with Bhairoganj P.S. Case No. 75 of 2025, subject to conditions as laid down under section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S.
