In this case, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the opposite parties have flouted the order of this Court dated 1.12.2017 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 14739 of 2011. Learned counsel for the State has brought to the notice of this Court that the order dated 21.3.2018 has been passed on the representation filed by the petitioner.
