Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the daughter of the informant committed suicide after five years of marriage due to torture inflicted by the family members including the petitioner, who is mother-in-law of the victim. Considering the fact that the case was registered in 2010 and the present application has been preferred in 2016, this Court is not inclined to interfere.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2976 of 2016 (2) dt.19-01-2016 in connection with Motipur P.S. Case No. 139 of 2010, pending in the court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, West Muzaffarpur.

With the above observation this application is disposed of.
