1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. The petitioner in this application prays for anticipatory bail apprehending her arrest in connection with Adapur P.S. Case no.302 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, in course of counselling for appointment as primary teachers, the Bihar Teachers Eligibility Test (BTET) certificate submitted by the three named accused persons including this petitioner was found to be forged and the data mismatched, hence, the instant FIR.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. No forged certificate as alleged has been produced by the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38470 of 2023(2) dt.31-07-2023 2/2 petitioner. There may be some error in verification of those certificates. The petitioner who is a lady has no criminal antecedent and undertakes to cooperate in the investigation/trial.
5. The prayer for bail is opposed by learned A.P.P. for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegation wherein it is alleged that the certificate with respect to teachers training produced by the petitioner was found to be forged in course of counselling together with the petitioner being a lady and not having any criminal antecedent, it is directed that the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks, be released on anticipatory bail in connection with Adapur P.S. Case no.302 of 2022 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Raxaul, East Champaran, Motihari, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
