2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 354, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, petitioner is alleged to have assaulted on the head of the informant with lathi as a result of which he sustained injury.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to petty dispute a free fight took place between the family members of the informant and petitioner in which both sides sustained injuries. Injury allegedly caused by this petitioner is

5. Learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the bail application.

6. Considering the nature of accusation and simple nature of injury, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Nawada in connection with Narhat P. S. Case No. 101 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
