Public Prosecutor, fairly informs that in this case charge has already been framed, whereas the present petition has been filed against the order of rejection of discharge petition filed on behalf of the petitioner.
Keeping in view the fact that charge has already been framed, there is no reason to pass any positive order. The petition stands disposed of.
