This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under Sections 364(A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the petitioner remained absconder from 2004 to 2015.

Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner in connection with Sessions Trial No. 507 of 2015 arising out of Belchhi P.S. Case No. 521 of 2004 pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-1st, Barh, Patna.

Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
