JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-02-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that subsequent to the recruitment of the petitioner as a constable it was gathered by the Superintendent of Police, Rohtas that on the date of written examination, the petitioner was found moving in the market area, hence, it was suspected that someone else appeared on behalf of the petitioner at the written examination, subsequently, notices were issued to the petitioner but the he failed to appear.
