Case No. 110 of 2013‟ in place of "Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Bgaha (Pathkhouli) P.S. Case No. 390 of 2011".

In view of the above, order no. 3 dated 22.1.2015 stands corrected to the extent that the petitioner above named shall
