Deceased, who was married with Purshottam Kumar about four years ago, was done to death at her Sasural, on account of non-fulfilment of demand of dowry at the end of Purshottam Kumar. However, the informant had made allegation against all the persons including Purshottam Kumar to be responsible for causing death of her daughter.

No specific allegation has been attributed against the petitioner. Moreover, he happens to be Dewar of deceased. The demand as is evident from the written report itself was at the end of Purshottam Kumar, the husband. Petitioner happens to be under custody since 07.06.2015.

On the other hand, learned Additional Public

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner, Tarun Kumar @ Fuzzi is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Mr. Randhir Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Danapur, Patna in connection with Khiri More P.
