The present application has been filed for quashing of the order dated 07.12.2016 passed by learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Munger in Sessions Case No.15 of 1996 arising out of Kharagpur P.S. Case No.230 of 1994, by which he refused to frame the charge against the private opposite parties separately under Sections 326, 307/149 and 323/149 of the Indian Penal Code on the application filed by the petitioner under Section 216 of the Cr.P.C.

3. It has been informed by learned District Court vide Letter dated 29.08.2025 that the case has been disposed off on 21.12.2019 in connection with Kharagpur P.S. Case No.230 of 1994.

4. In view of the above, the present quashing application stands consigned.
